1. Malaysian-registered business (Sole Prop, Enterprise, Sdn Bhd)
2. At least 51% Malaysian ownership
3. Holds a manufacturing license or exemption letter
4. Falls under the eligible sector in NIMP 2030
5. Not a Micro SME
