Prosper Impact/Nova

Provider

Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB)

Objective

  1. Prosper Impact
    • To provide financial assistance to companies for executing projects and contracts awarded by reputable organization.
  2. Prospect Impact (e-Perolehan) 
    • To provide financial assistance to companies for executing projects and contracts awarded by government, with payments secured through e-Perolehan and remitted directly to PUNB.
  3. Prosper NOVA 
    • To provide financial assistance to companies for executing projects or contracts awarded by PUNB Strategic Partners with secured payments and remitted directly to PUNB.

Funding Amount

Financing is available for:

  1. Sole Proprietorships / Partnerships / Limited Liability Partnerships:
    • Financing from RM100,000 up to a maximum of RM1,000,000.
    • Financing exceeding RM1,000,000 must be upgraded to a Private Limited Company (Sdn Bhd).
  2. Private Limited Companies (Sdn Bhd):
    Financing of up to a maximum limit of each program:

    • IMPACT up to RM5,000,000
    • IMPACT e-Perolehan up to RM20,000,000
    • NOVA up to RM20,000,000
  3. Up to 5 years of financing tenure
  4. Up to 6.75% per annum of profit rate

         (subject to the purpose of financing)

Applications Document

  1. New Entrepreneur
    • PDP1 and PDP2 forms (applicant, directors and shareholders)
    • Latest photocopy of applicant and directors Identity Card (IC)/equivalent document
    • Latest passport size photo of applicant and directors
    • Latest SSM search (printed date must be within 2 months from submission date)
    • Photos of the existing/proposed business premises and products
    • Valid Tenancy Agreement (if applicable)
    • Management Account for the current year, and/or latest Audited Account for 2 years
    • Latest 6 months’ bank statement
    • Copy of quotations according to project cost
    • Proof of secured projects or confirmed orders from contract awarders i.e. Letter of Appointment / Letter of Acceptance / Letter of Award / Contracts / Purchase Order.
  2. Existing Entrepreneur
    • Management Account for the current year, and/or latest Audited Account.
    • Latest 6 months’ bank statement
    • Copy of quotations according to project cost
    • Proof of secured projects or confirmed orders from contract awarders i.e. Letter of Appointment / Letter of Acceptance / Letter of Award / Contracts / Purchase Order.

CAPEX/ Working Capital

Eligibility

  1. Bumiputera Ownership
    • Sole Proprietorship, Partnership and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) must be 100% owned by Bumiputera individuals.
      Private Limited Company (Sdn Bhd) must have at least 51% Bumiputera ownership, in accordance with the prescribed Bumiputera Policy.
  2. Operations
    • The business/company must have been in operation for a minimum of 24 months.
  3. Annual Revenue
    • Must record a minimum sales of RM500,000 over a 12-month period.
  4. Shariah Compliance
    • Business activities must be in compliance with Shariah principles.
  5. Project or Contract
    • Must be awarded by reputable organisations, the Government e-Procurement system, or PUNB Strategic Partners.

Scope of Funding

  1. General Working Capital (activities related to supply and the implementation of projects or contracts).
  2. Financing-related costs.
