Objective

A strategic economic initiative launched by the Selangor State Government and implemented through Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) (MBI). This program is structured to accelerate cash flow and reinforce revolving capital to optimize the financial ecosystem for SMEs.

Funding Amount

  1. Financing Amount: Based on contract
  2. Margin of Financing: Up to 85%
  3. Tenure of Financing: Up to 36 months

Bullet Repayment by end of tenure & Monthly Repayment

  1. Copy of Main Director(s) Identification Card (IC)
  2. Latest 6 months bank statement
  3. Letter of Award / Contract
  4. Signed Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Form
  5. Latest 3 years Financial Statements
  6. Company Profile

Purpose of Financing

Alternative Financing, CAPEX/ Working Capital

Eligibility

  1. Minimum of 51% Bumiputera shareholding in the company
  2. Bumiputera status verified by the Ministry of Finance or equivalent (if applicable)
  3. Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director or the majority of the company’s top management are Bumiputera
  4. Companies must be incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016
  5. Not Conglomerates, Publicly Listed Companies & Subsidiaries, Government-Linked Companies (GLC) and Government-Linked Investment Companies (GLIC) & Subsidiaries, state government-linked companies and their subsidiaries, cooperatives, foundations, associations, and organizations
